Save a Child’s Heart

In 2012, Maybank Foundation through its programme implementer, Maybank Islamic, entered into a unique partnership with National Heart Institute (IJN) to effectively promote the health and wellness of children across Malaysia and the ASEAN region.

The programme aims to:

• Providing financial and healthcare assistance to underprivileged cardiac patients from around the regions
• Initial support was in terms of much needed medical equipment and subsidization of medical expenses

To date, 98 children has benefited from this programme. This also inclusive of 11 regional patients from Indonesia.
